What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory and scientific research settings. They are synthesized for use in studies related to cellular biology, pharmacology, and biochemistry. All peptides sold by Action Peptides are intended strictly for research use only.
What purity levels do your peptides have?
All of our peptides undergo rigorous third-party testing and consistently achieve 99%+ purity as verified by HPLC analysis. Certificates of Analysis are available for every batch and can be accessed through our COA page or by contacting support.
How should peptides be stored?
For optimal stability, lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry environment. Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at 4°C and used within a reasonable timeframe. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific storage instructions are included with each product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin and Ethereum. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven’t entered the fulfillment process. Please contact our support team immediately at support@actionpeptides.com if you need to make changes to a recent order.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. Expedited options are available at checkout for 1-2 business day delivery. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?
All peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form in sealed, sterile vials. Packaging is designed to maintain product integrity during transit. Orders include appropriate insulation and are shipped via carriers that ensure proper handling.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve international researchers. Please contact us if you have specific international shipping inquiries.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is an official document that verifies the purity, identity, and quality of a specific product batch. Our COAs include HPLC purity results, mass spectrometry data, and other relevant testing information. You can access COAs for any product through our COA lookup page.
How do you test your products?
Every batch undergoes comprehensive testing at independent, third-party laboratories. Our standard testing protocol includes High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity verification, Mass Spectrometry (MS) for identity confirmation, and endotoxin testing for applicable products. All results are documented in the product’s COA.
